"Repaired" windscreen chip cracked after being fixed by VW Strijdom Park

I had a windscreen chip repaired at this place, and was charged for it, and recently the windscreen has started cracking even further. Clearly, the repair was undertaken very poorly. I called the branch just now and spoke to some Leandra who didn't even apologise and told me that I have to come in so that she can inspect the chip and then "we can take it from there". Clearly no intention to sort out their mistake, and now I have to waste an entire morning of my life to sort out this nonsense because this place doesn't take their repairs serious. All the while I'm driving with a chip in my windscreen, which is actually dangerous. Thank you very much, VW Strijdom Park. Will use a cheap backyard mechanic next time, they are cheaper and better!
