I would like to thanks Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen Westgate for the fantastic customer service that you have given me since I started servicing my car with you. I feel humbled to bring my car to you guys and keep up the good work.

I took my car yesterday for a service & as always they kept on impressing me with this super service. My fist car service was with them when they were still at Princess, my second car service was with another VW dealership which in this point I won’t mention their name & I decided to go there for as service because it was close to my work & Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen Westgate is close to my residing area. I thought Volkswagen share the same values & I was disappointed by the customer service and the job done there.

From that day I decided to stick with the people that I know which is Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen Westgate , every time I book my car for service I take a day off from work just to go there. This to me means that their job & services are so authentic.
