Recurring faults on a POLO GTI 2014 model

I bought a new car for the simple reason that I needed a car I can rely on...less than a year I start picking up problems on it. The car flashes EPC light, Engine light, car jerks and losses power. Took my car into a dealership 4 times already and I just cant have it fixed. I have been in contact with the dealership and VWSA numerous times...VWSA seems to be taking a stand back and they busy asking the delear what are they doing to help...when I asked for a courtsey car, I was advised that there is no mobility clause in place to assit. They cant assist me as they dont have any cars available even though the car is under warranty and they cant have it fixed. VWSA dignoses my car from head office and I am just another number...they cant even make an effort to have a technician to come and assist...how many times do i have to take my car in before I get any assistance. You were very happy to make the sale. VWSA is just pushing production and sales. After car service is a nightmare.
