Really shocking Service

My car was damaged and towed to VW the Glen on Monday morning (27 July 2015). After an initial inspection a quote for only the Sump pump and labour was sent to me for my insurance approval. On approval the part took 3 weeks to arrive. VW then discovered the heat-shield and other parts were damaged and needed to be replaced. I then asked them to check everything and for a final quote for all damages so that all required parts be sourced and my car. The \final"quote came and I had to wait another 2 weeks for the parts. VW now finds out the Prot shaft is damaged and require my insurance to approve this quote after stating the previous quote was the final quote. Furthermore I have hired a car out of my own pocket (only 30 day insurance provides) as they initially said they don't provide courtesy cars"
