Really pathetic service

I was recommended to get my car serviced at Northcliff VW, I phoned and made a booking. When I arrived I was told sorry, you are not on the list??. I never got a sms reminder or call to tell me I was supposed to come in, this tells me they never booked the car in the first place. Waste of time. One would think that in our economic climate companies would welcome new business.
