Re-occuring problems with a new vehicle

I have experienced 3 very frustrating incidents. <br> 1.When the vehicle was serviced at VW The Glen in May 2015, the service technician failed to close the water pump and the car over-heated when I reached home after the service. Very frustrating because the car has come from its first service and you expect your driving experience to be pleasant. VW The Glen sent out the technician (Bux) the next day to put water in my car and coolant. Amazing!! I also mentioned that the handbrake was tight and he advised that it is because of the service.<br> 2.A month after the car was serviced I parked my vehicle at home like I usually do and an hour later the car rolled into the wall, WITH THE HANDBRAKE UP!! VW Head office asked me to take the car to VW Constantia Kloof as they will investigate. My car was being investigated for a month and still when it returned they did not repair the scratches on the bumper and told me to make sure my handbrake is up when parked even though it rolled and the handbrake was up.<br> 3.The third incident started this weekend, the Aircon is leaking inside my car and my passenger mat stays wet. The car smells horrible. <br> <br>
