R90000 paid but still same problem!

My husband purchased a 2nd hand VW which turned out to have a what seems like a fuel injector problem. it looses power at about 75km/h while driving. He took it to VW Alberton was told its a gear box issue. he purchased a new gear box. Problem persisted. Car was serviced initially by them by the way and they said all was fixed. Then was advised engine is the issue, so he had to purchase a new engine. They realised they messed up. Car was moved to VW the glen where for a list of fixes his bill came to about R42000.<br> Its been a year since this journey started. Car was sitting with them all this time. Car is back and has the same PROBLEM. They sent him from pillar to post and now refuse to help after my husband has worked his bum off to pay them. Well done VW, another unsatisfied customer.<br> <br> Will all that your brand is going through internationally one would think VW would do their best to make their PAYING customers happy...but I guess not.
