Quick to take ur funds...endless delays in refunds!

<p>Even though my account was fully settled before the end of 2016...Volkswagen Financial Services still debited my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I queried it early in the new year I was asked to confirm that the debit order will NOT be reversed or return unpaid in order for them to process the refund in 48hours....of which I did...its now been 11 days into 2017 and still NO REFUND IN SIGHT!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I'M DISGUSTED WITH VWFS AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND VWFS TO ANYONE!</p> <p> </p> <p>I still love Volkswagen but ur Financial services department not so much.</p> <p> </p>
