Questionable service experience from VW

When I purchased my new VW Polo Vivo 1.4 Comfortline nearly two years ago, I anticipated a smooth experience, but it's been anything but. Multiple issues have arisen since then. Initially, the spark plugs failed prematurely, initially attributed to the fuel I used, but it was later revealed to be a recall problem from VW with the starter harness needing fixing. Another frustration was the fingerprints on the windscreen, which took a considerable amount of time to resolve, as proof was required, and I had to provide it. The most troublesome issue has been with the brakes. I've had to visit the dealership nine times, only to receive the same feedback each time—they couldn't find any issues and simply cleaned the brakes. It wasn't until I brought in an expert that the real problem was identified—the brake pads needed replacing, a concern I had raised since my third visit. Surprisingly, there's been no feedback from warranty regarding the replacement of my damaged drum sets.

The customer care service was disappointing, particularly Amanda, who was cold and rude. Her lack of compassion and the finality of her response, even when my car was still experiencing issues, was disheartening. The Office of the Managing Director also failed to provide any compensation for my troubles. This experience has left me deeply disillusioned with the level of customer care provided by VW, and I now question the reliability and customer care standards of the brand.
