Quality Complaint related to POLO Engine error and VW unable to resolve it for months ....

<p>VW has been given several opportunities to resolve the issue on my daughter's Polo ( an e-mail trail exists ). However, we feel there is a clumsy attitude on the part of VW with the situation unresolved by the dealer principal and service managers of VW Midrand for months that has resulted in obvious inconvenience and impact to her, sometimes days at a time without a vehicle.</p> <p>This is coupled with the risk of a young women being forced to commute using a VW vehicle with an unresolved engine error condition.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had a higher expectation on product and service quality from VW when it was purchased and assistance of an escalated form is kindly being sought as the problem had been logged through the dealership and then also with VW and the problem persists for months. ...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
