Pure driving disaster

Bought a brand new Polo Cross 2015 model, the car has only had one driver and has only done 31870 km. Reported the clutch to be slipping, so decided to bring it to their attention as it is a brand new vehicle and it is way too early to be having clutch problems. The assessment was done and I'm told it's driver negligence as if I take this car to a racing circuit. It is not even a year old to mention and the only explanation is that it worn out on one side hence it is a driver's negligence case and warranty can never cover! It is just unexplainable for a brand new vehicle to be giving in so soon when it is only used for private use. I would like my car back in working order fixed under the damn so called warranty we are told about from the first day I bought it. No evidence to show acceptance of me agreeing to paying anything yet I'm sent quotations for payment.
