Promises but no delivery

<p>I was in an accident and my car was written off. I was advised that I could claim a refund for the unused portion of my maintenance plan as it was purchased upfront. Since then I have contacted the dealership as well as VWSA on numerous occasions and I have received only promises, the dealership confirmed that I would be refunded on Tuesday 7th June, when that did not happen I contacted VWSA who confirmed that it would be paid on the 14th June and still this has not been done. No one is also able to provide an amount and I am just being passed from person to person.</p> <p>I would not recommend using the dealership as they are only interested in the sale and reluctant to assist afterwards.</p> <p> </p>
