Professional and friendly service

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and friendly service of Mr Victor Dingi and Ms Jennifer Geduld. My Passat had spung a radiator leak due to the radiator fan cable slipping out of its channel and rubbing its way into the core. A missing clip was presumably the fault. During the repair while waiting for the replacement radiator I was continuously updated. I felt like an appreciated client and part of the Volkswagen family. In a time where good service is a rare commodity this was, as mentioned above, a pleasant surprise.
