Problems with my new V.W Polo

I received my polo 1.6 company car last year with 50km on the clock. The first service was done at Roodepoort where I mentioned that my air-con works then doesn't work so they have to look at it for me. They said nothing was wrong. Next service was done at Alberton branch, I still had the same problem, service manager said they re-gassed it so its working again. After a day the problem was back. So a lady phoned after my service to ask what my experience was and I told her about my problem with my air-con, she said that she would give the information to the dealer and they will call me. Nobody called me. <br> <br> Yesterday I drove in the rain and my door seal starts leaking and dripping on my trousers. Is this the quality that one could expect from VW?? Please contact me and arrange a courtesy car until these problems are solved. The feeling that I get is if its a factory problem the dealers do not want to look at the problem.
