Problem with new clutch plate fixed

The clutch plate on my Polo was replaced due to slippage. However the clutch became noisy after a month and I had to take the vehicle back to the dealership. The service manager determined that the clutch collar also had to be replaced and the vehicle was taken in for repairs. After a few days the collar and thrust bearing was replaced and my vehicle was returned back to me. All of this was done free of charge. I am very impressed with the fact that Volkswagen Centurion took it upon themselves to restore my vehicle back to 100% without charging me a cent. Thank you to Jabu and her team.
