PRETTY PATHETIC SERVICE

the mooi street vw branch has no way of assisting customers with after sales service.the polo sedan i bought with 72000 on the clock, had a engine blow out. this was then replaced with a new one.the new engine had a blow out at the dealership...i am guessing a serious factory fault(which they won't admit). it has been two months since i have seen my car and after only a month of complaining and *****ing..i received a loan vehicle.<br> the VW SA customer care can only provide updates from the actual dealership..which as i understand, the same as what i get from the dealership..i have only driven a VW my entire life..i basically referred 8 cars for purchase at the same dealership and it is really sad to see the service level and quality drop so drastically. my complaint is more of a warning for any one purchasing a new vw..PLEASE DO NOT..you will end up with rather a serious headache and no transport...
