Poor turnaround on inspecting my vehicle

I dropped my vehicle at the Kempton Park VW at 07:30 today for diagnostic. I only received a call at 15:00 informing me that my car has not yet been inspected and might be checked tomorrow. The inconvenience of taking time to inspect and attend to my vehicle because I don't have alternative transport and I need to travel to work.
