Poor service quality

Anyone thinking of using Volkswagen The Glen, please think twice. I have had numerous issues with them and only now have I learned my lesson. My vehicle, which is under warranty and has a full maintenance/service plan, has 3 issues all on the left hand side of teh vehicle. The doors wont unlock and neither will the windows open, the sun visor mirror cracked and the sunroof visor broke too. I was asked whether the car was in an accident, which I rep**** no and I could prove it. Instead of repairing the car under warranty or allowing the maintenance/ service plan to cover the damages, VW wants to charge me for issues which are obviuosly manufacturing faults. I have had to sell a previous car due to incorrect diagnosis of a faulty clutch and on the same Vehicle their highly trained technicians broke a manifold bolt. I highly recommend all VW owners to use other VW service providers in the area.
