Poor service overall with new VW polo purchase

Good day

I have recently purchased a VW I firstly had issues getting my sale done properly This is my first brand new car and i really have mixed emotions about the brand now I have been s loyal VW fan for many years The aircon and fan stopped working a few days ago I was asked to bring it in for a check But service bookings take days I needed to come to Durban for a loss in the family I drove my family members from Johannesburg in a car with no fan or aircon I hsd no choice considering the urgency of our circumstance I went ro VW and was sent from one desk to another before i could get help purely to find a suitable convenient time for VW to see to my car. Which I haven't succeeded to do with the poor service.

Today a warning light comes on for engine coolant So it appears that i am stuck in another city without a car. i am not sure what to do to ensure i don't mess it up even more by driving it

I'm uncertain of what my next steps should be as i cannot wait till Wednesday- next week!-for VW to check out my car I'm not from Durban, was only here for the funeral And now I'm stuck here with no help until VW can find time for me
