POOR SERVICE!!!! - NON PAYMENT FROM WARRANTY!!!!!

Dear VW SA<br> <br> Being a long standing VW client, I purchased a white Golf 7 GTI DSG with all the extras, which is now 1 year 9 months old and still under factory warranty. It has just over 65k on the clock and really is a beautiful car. With that said, it seems that this year after I went over 60k, things just seemed to start going wrong with my car. I have been to your Lindsay Saker Rivonia branch 3 times this year. This month, whilst driving to work the car would suddenly jerk sporadically and after I took it to the branch, I was told the petrol pump is faulty and they were to back order the part. I was told I can take the car back and they will call me to advise when I can fit the new part in. The part arrived last week and was booked in yesterday. After the first checkup and during last week the car had no issues and the problem never popped up again. Yesterday I booked it in for the part to be replaced and then received a call during the day to be advised that my VW warranty is not going to cover it because it seems that I hit something, which is not accurate! I do not feel that this is fair, that I should not be held liable for the costs which are approximately R7000.00!!!
