Poor Service, Lack of workmanship,

I took my sisters car for manufacturing fault to change breaks so they booked us and said we must come in the morning, so I did, they called me to collect the car only to find nothing is done, and they had no clue, there are part they dont have that will be in the shop two days from now, but they are saying its not safe to drive the car, 17:00 they are now starting to fix it, and I still have to come back Thursday to finish up because they dont have parts, there are no drivers to take me back home because I offered to come back in the morning.

Poor service, they Don't communicate in time, there's no sense of professionalism, the staff argue infront of consumers no one wants to take responsibility. Telling the managers it's their notch off time they won't take me back.

Reviewer Update
I recently took my sister's car to Barons a manufacturing fault related to the brakes. We were scheduled for an appointment in the morning, which I adhered to promptly. However, upon arriving later in the day to collect the car, I was informed that no work had been done.
It was evident that the staff had no knowledge of the required parts, which were unavailable and expected to arrive two days later. Despite acknowledging the car was unsafe to drive, they only began repairs at 17:00 and informed me I would need to return on Thursday to complete the service due to the missing parts.
The service was exceedingly poor. Communication was lacking, and there was a clear absence of professionalism. Staff members argued in front of customers, and no one took responsibility for the mishap. Additionally, the staff refused to arrange transportation for me back home, citing it was outside their work hours.
Overall, this experience was highly disappointing and indicative of a significant need for improvement in both customer service and operational efficiency.
