Poor service from VW south coast

This is the 3rd week my 2022 polo TSI DSG was towed to VW South Coast (Margate). It displayed an EPC light, had an irregular idling and whitish smoke from the exhaust pipe. I was assisted by road side assistance nicely. My car is still under warranty. I am not happy with service I am getting from VW south coast. At first they were not honest about my position to the workshop. My car was left unattended as I was checking it on the tracker. When it went to the workshop, they never updated me, I am the one who is always calling checking the progress. At times they would promise to call me later after I called, but they wouldn’t. Now they say they have replaced the injector which they have ordered, and tested the car again, but on the tracker it doesn’t show that they have tested the car, such that the tracker’s battery has went off. Even to date, I still don’t have a car and I am really struggling to live and do my c****s. They are dishonest with me and delaying me. I don’t know what’s happening with my car and I am not sure where these delaying tactics are leading to. This is the third week . They don’t call me , I always call.
