POOR SERVICE FROM VW HATFIELD, PRETORIA

I am devastated! I received the worst service ever from Hatfield, Pretoria dealership. They fitted my Polo with a VW battery at the end of June 2018 whilst performing the annual service. The battery was completely flat on 8 November 2018. After numerous enquiries, a diagnostic test and being without a vehicle for 5 days, the technician has just informed me that VW policy states they cannot replace the battery due to the fact that they were able to 'recharge' it. R605 for a new VW battery, which lasted 4½ months, and VW Hatfield cannot replace the battery - this is ridiculous and unacceptable and begs the question: Does VW Hatfield really supply good service?!
