Poor service from a national/international company

18 March 2015 complaint logged. 20 March call was received & request for management to respond. Emails, phone calls and more than a month later still waiting! Even on hold for more than 10mins when calling customer care! <br> 15000kms brakes replaced on brand new car. 30 000kms brakes need to be replaced again. 2nd time in 2 years & VW say. 10000kms or 6 months on replacement brakes. Really!? 2 sets of brakes in 2 years. Brake/clutch shops/mechanics say it's crazy on a new car?! VW are just ignoring me!? Don't expect this service from a national/international company!
