Poor Service

My Polo 1.6 went for a service in Jan 2016 at VW The Glen they told me that they need to flush and replace my coolant which i agreed to. In Aug 2019 took my car for a service again my coolant was replaced and flushed again. Ever since that i have to top the coolant up every month. i book my car in again so that they can check as to why we must fill the coolant every month was told that some pipe is broken and that i must pay over R7000,00 to fix it. I also asked them to check my clutch was told my clutch and pressure plate is worn i was quoted over R13000,00 to replace it. I find it unacceptable that i have to pay to fix a coolant pipe when my problem started immediately when my car came back from Vw. I also do not understand as to why Vw will quote me R13000.00 to replace my clutch and pressure plate is this made from gold because the prices of this is not even half of what i have been quoted
