Poor Service Delivery

My Polo Vivo which is still under Warranty, had a funny noise when started in the morning. I booked my vehicle in at the dealership branch (VW Constantia in Roodepoort) where I purchased the vehicle. I dropped off the car on the 16th of May 2016, was promised that a loan vehicle will be arranged as soon as one is available. I was phoned later the day to be told that they could not hear the noise and the car should be left overnight. The following day I received a call saying that it seems that the head cyllinder is the problem and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to repair (still no loan vehicle). A whole week went by and I phoned the dealer to get an update on the vehicle as no one from the dealership has contacted me. I was then told that the person who booked my car in was on leave and I ask to speak to the Service Manager who was also not available. I was then put through to the workshop foreman who told me that my vehicle was only re-booked in on that Monday a whole week later and nothing was done yet. He promised to strip the head and sent it to the Engineers which will take about a week. Finally on the 31st of May 2016 I received a call from the dealer saying that my car is ready for collection and I could collect it at 1.00pm. I asked the person if all was in order and she rep**** yes and that the car was in the washing bay. I arranged with my husband to collect and he said that he could only collect it at 2.00pm. Upon my husbands arrival he was told that the car is being dried. After 15 minutes he was still waiting and nobody from the dealer kept him updated about the progress of the drying of the car. He beacame irate and demanded that the car must be brought to him as he does not have the whole day to stand waiting for a car to be dried and they said it would be ready by 1.00pm. Driving the car home he said that the car was still making the noise and now the oil light keeps coming on. He opened the bonnet and they did not even clean inside the engine was full of oil spills and oil finger marks. I contacted the dealer who requested me to bring the back and I refused as I do not have the time to stay out of my work to deliver the car to them when it was them who messed up and requested them to sent out a Technician to my house and sort it out there. At this stage still inconvenienced as I am still waiting for a loan car. I am realy disappionted by their after sales services. Today they have eventually , after several phone calls is sending out a technician. Then they still have the nerve to do a service satisfaction follow up. Their service is putrid.
