Poor service

I'd like to report my metter with VWSA I raised an issue with them in January 2024 about my car POLO TSI Gear Box DSG that they fixed it lately but it continues to make the same problem. In 2023 November the car was on last service for 45km I also reported that gears gives me problem again after service it come back sounding like is fixed. Then January 2024 it started again to jump gear 1,3,5,7 I report it and they took it but now they problem is that they want me to pay for reaper for the some problem that they said is fixed 2 month back while the car was on service. My question is WHY should I pay to fix their incorrect reaper because they said is fixed? Now my car is stacked at dealership VWSA is quite towards my case as if is finished. Lady at VWSA with the name that start with A, I spoke to her on the line she told me that there is nothing she can do I must speak to the manager of the dealership to make arrangements for payment ever since now my case is not finished but VWSA is quite my car is making 2 month now at the dealership their saying I'm not gonna get it if I'm not making a payment I was thinking of taking this matter to Tv show so please HelloPeter help let them know about this matter.

And it's my third car in VW all brand new showing how potential I am with them. An not only that VW car's are smart I love them but look what i get.🤷🥺
