POOR SERVICE CONSTANTIA VW

<p>This is a complaint... I took my Jetta in for service 2weeks ago, they said it would be ready in less than a week. On the 2nd week I had to now rent a car because the wait was long, I have been sent emails everyday letting me know the car will b e ready the next day but it hasnt happened. I just recieved an email stating they're waiting for a part that will only be available late next week. Ive spent alot of money on cabs and renting a car. Now Im upset because they couldve made me aware it woukld take long from the beggining. Its unnacceptable...</p>
