poor service, commucation n theft

My polo gti had a steering control unit failer affecting the key not to be released from the ignition when car turned off. I received a call stating that it'll be delivered within 10 working days (04/05/2015) this was on 20/04/2015 but to my surprise it was delivered after four days 24/04/2015 and no communication was received from them until I took the initiative to ask what was the update on my car on 05/05/2015 that's when I got all the info that parts ordered were received after four days from the day of order n yet they still haven't worked on my car which has been with them for almost 3 weeks now. When I ask why it's not worked on I get that they are booked for other cars that just came in. This is not fair n totally uncceptable as they couldn't even offer me a curtesy car coz the problem with the car was a manufacturer's fault. The other incident was the last time I left my car with them I lost my phone in the car n when I asked no one knew about it n didn't want to take responsibility for it, when u leave your car with belongs they shouldn't be tempered with as u left the car with them in peace n in hope of them to help u not ***** from you. I AM DONE WITH VW PERIOD...
