Poor Service at VW Woodmead

I took my car for a service at VW Woodmead. The service included replacing a cam belt and a normal 155 000km service. The handbrake was adjusted although this was not part of the agreed service or accepted additional work. When driving home after the service the handbrake failed and stopped working, although when the car was taken in the handbrake was working properly and it was not reported as being faulty before a going ahead was given to the VW technician to start with the service. I took the car back the following day and the technician that serviced the car the previous day was asked to look at the handbrake. The handbrake was adjusted again and looked fine, however on the way back to Lephalale the handbrake failed again. I could not drive back to Johannesburg as I was travelling back to work in Lephalale the Sunday. I am driving the car now with a faulty handbrake and whenever I need to park I am using the gear lever until I get time off from work to get the handbrake fixed at the nearest garage with my own money.
