poor service and bad attitude

They refused to do my service coz I booked in late, some guy from the sales department intervened and they agreed, I had to wait an hour for their driver to drop me off in town while they were still busy with the car. They said they were going to call once they finished, I waited for their call until it was around closing time 12:30 I called VW to ask, they said they are waiting for me because their driver told them I did not need to be picked up, he ****! He never even asked me about picking up. So when I called they said I needed to hind a way of getting there coz no one is gonna pick me up. They said I need to take public transport, I did, I felt so unsafe. When I got there I was soooo angry, I burst into tears, they started blaming each other, they apologized but I'm still angry, I'm not happy with their services. Even the attitude when speaking to customers is not good, I'm not happy at all, in fact I'm still angry.
