Poor Service and Bad atitude

my car was towed there on the 13th of February they booked the car on the 20th, to my suprise they kept it there for a week not even looking at what the problem is even when i told them it might be wheel bearing because the left front wheel was making a noise, they confirmed that yes it was the wheel bearing after a week and said that they didnt have those parts they will have to order them. they could have took 5 minutes of their time checked the car and ordered the parts in advance so that on the 20th i get it back fixed because they gave me an impression that the car will be fixed on the day it has been booked.i am not happy with this kind of mediocrity from a big dealership like volkswagen.
