Poor service all the time

Last year 2019 on the 17th January I booked my car for service landsaker Bloemfontein and it was there the whole day come collection time when I called in to find out when can I come to collect the car I was told thay haven't worked on it because they are struggling for authorization at westbank. Poor service I received let alone that my tablet was ****** and they hide behind the policy that says remove all your belongings in the car before leaving the car. Which I believe it promotes theft as they are not encouraging their staff to be honest and care for other people belongings when they forgot them in their cars as they are bound to at sometime because of that policy they still like hell. Today I called in to reschedule my appointment as I booked in my car for service 15 January 2021 and I had to reschedule that appointment I was given Monday appointment which is on the 11 January 2021 I was told already I must arrange myself transport as they won't take me back because they don't have driver for me the whole well established business someone need to rescue Volkswagen Bloemfontein the sad part you can complain no one will come to your rescue
