Poor service

I am given a spare car that does not turn. Have brought the issue to their attention on first few days of my car purchase.

And the issue was handled by sales guy by the name of Thulani. He didn't know what was the issue but he advised probably its the cut.

Then he got me a "new key" which we tested and worked fine.

All of a sudden same spare key is not turning but it can lock / and unlock the car.

When I call them Thulani isn't answering, left number of messages for him but he doesn't get back to me.

Called again and requested to speak to manager, was transferred to assistant manager he also didn't answer. Lady that transferred my call took a message and promised that she will make sure they get back to me. Till today have not been contacted.

Then the dealer claim to be number one?. Mxm
