Poor service

On the 17 March 2017 I took my car ( Polo Sedan Reg FM 39 XV GP- Job No. 61686 ) to VW The Glen for repairs, it had a funny noise when I app**** brakes and I requested them to check it whereby I suspected the brake pads as I was told by them when I took it for service that they will need to be replaced soon. The front brake pads were replaced and I told that the car is fine but what I didn’t understand is that the noise was still there. I raised this matter with the VW SA and the dealer contacted me to bring the so that they can test it.

I took car to VW the Glen on the 18th April, the guy by the name Mostafa test drove it and he said its jus the dust by the shoe brakes.

After I drove car for a week the noise persisted and I took the car in on the 11th May 2017 and it was there for two day because they said they were busy trying to diagnose the problem. I picked it up on Friday the 12th as per the service advisor’s decision ( Brendon ) and he said they cleaned the rear shoe brakes and he said they are still in good condition but he said if the problem persists they will have to change the brake shoes which I could not understand. I drove the car over the weekend but the problematic noise is still there. I took the car back again and I was told that as per the advice fro VW SA in PE there are parts which needs to be ordered and on the 29 May 2017 Brendon called me and said I need to bring in the car because the parts have been delivered which I did on the 30 May 2017 he said the car will be done the same day but all of a sudden he’s called me telling me that it will not be ready, after I complained the service manager informed me that the car will be ready and when I got there to pick the car I was told it could not be repaired because the part don’t fit in my car, they said they are going order new parts but up to now they never came back to me and I raised this matter with VW SA liaising with the lady by the name of Lynn Swart in Port Elizabeth ( ********** 605) several times but no help.
