Poor service

<p>I bought a car in South Africa at VW Kroonstad and no spare was provided upon purchase. I spoke to the dealership at a later stage and i was advised that the salesman has left the dealership. The problem is that now my car key is broken and im required to pay 3770 for a replacement. This wouldn't be a case if the spare was provided because I would be using it right now under these circumstances. Please help!!</p>
