Poor service

I must say how disappointed ? I am with the service from VW the Glen .Their service is horrific and very unprofessional.

I took my car in for a full service and one of their employees bumped the back door at the wash bay . It has been four weeks and my car hasn't been fixed as yet . No one wants to take responsibility ,instead I'm being sent from pillar to post .

This is unacceptable and I need feedback on this by close of business tomorrow! If I don't get any feedback on this and when my car will be fixed and ready I will be getting my lawyers involved and they will resolves this as I don't seem to be getting any service from you.
