Poor Service

Application for a new vehicle was made on 12 Sept 15, it was approved on 14th. Deposit was paid on Wednesday 16th, we were told car will be available by Friday unfortunately an order had to be placed for a black vehicle from the factory which meant we can only have the car on Monday 21st and had to pay an extra R900. Tuesday we are told we can only have the car by Friday 25th as the smash and grab had to be done and insurance was required. Got the insurance on 23rd but still we could not get the car as the lady doing the contract was not available. Spoke to Shameel the manager he just gave us excuses and promised us a tank of fuel. This was sales talk as we were told by another salesperson that fuel comes standard with all new purchases. We have been given different excuses each time as the salesperson was on paternity leave and I knew we were never going to get the car before Friday 25th. Deeply disappointed by the poor service and different stories/excuses each time. I won't recommend VW Claremont to anyone.
