Poor quality radio

I bought a VW amarok.Soon afterwards I discovered the radio doesn't have a RDS function.So it do not keep track of the stations and every time the frequency of a station change you have to scan to pick up the new frequency.<br> I lodged a complaint with VW customer care (haha)centre and after many E-mails and telephone calls Marko Alberts at VW told me I bought the bakkie like that and I must live with it .<br> I can not believe that they use such a poor quality radio in such a vehicle and I am disgusted with VW s bad attitude towards their customers.
