Poor quality engine

Bought a Jetta May 2013. Engine repaired february 2012 - Pistons. Christmas 2013 engine packs up - Pistons. VWSA says replace engine with brand new one - Feb 2014. August 2015 brand new engine from factory packs up and VWSA side steps and says no the model is 5 years old we cannot assist but then comes back ok we will give parts only client pays for labour.Client only used VW dealership for servicing so no negligence from client.VWSA not interested and answers with \Sorry we couldn't meet your expectation"Not wait Mr Baatjies there definitely is something wrong here because its 3 times same problem same type of engine let us take care of your discomfort because of our product.
