POOR POOR POOR Service

I took my VW polo GTI 1.4 in for a service because there was something wrong with the clutch<br> After i asked that i dont want to deal with Bianca they put be back with her to help me once again.<br> I had to follow up with her the whole time otherwise i don't get feedback.<br> This is now 2 weeks later and they still can not get my car fixed as they are busy dealing with technical support who is apparently not getting back to them.<br> When i phoned to talk to the work shop manager he said it was the first time this EVER happened???<br> This is/was the worst service experience I ever had with this branch in fact I never had a good one with them.<br> Sad to see that they bring down VW's name.<br> I will tell everybody not to deal with these pathetic people .<br> Disgusting!!!
