Poor poor poor customer service.

I checked in my Tcross at VW constantia on monday following gear box and clutch plate issues, mind you i bought my car brand new, it's now at 75K but already giving this kind of issues. I asked for a curtesy car since they were taking my car for the whole week but i was told they only have 4 curtesy cars and they were all out. fine, i called VW SA and spoke to Phaphama who had zero urgency or assitance to my concerns, she said they will prioritise my car since i could not get a cutersy car, since monday my car was only touched today, phaphama calls me today with lame excuses saying they are done with my car they just need to test drive it so they will look at it on monday. going dfor full 7 days now, i have kids that i have been dropping off at svhool using an uber then uber my self to work, how much more money must i spend since i am not gettingmy car back today, I am highly dissapointed in VW. when this car gets back you leave me no choice but to get rid of it and stay away from your nonsense customer service.
