Poor Mechanic

Hi VW South Africa

Last year I bring my at Ballito VW to fix cylinder head oil leaking they fix it on August 2020, and they said that it was a factory fault and this year on September 2021 the car is leaking on same spot again!!! I still can't believe that VW is failing to fix their own car.

I am confused whether VW is only care about the money or not... Come guys I am not speeding I am willing even to show you my tracker report. This is disgusting and humiliating your brand. Please protect your reputation.
