Poor Maintenance Service

Hi , <br> <br> My vehicle has been for engine repairs at this dealership for ?2,5 Months. Each time, there is a story about my vehicle needed more repairs etc ( they have even charged me for the oil pump that i did not need). I have gone to the extent of sourcing spares for them to repair my vehicle. So far, the vehicle has cost me R60 000. I was due to receive the vehicle last week 01/12/2015. To date am still waiting only to be told that there is another problem again. I am disappointed at this terrible service by VW (SA).
