Poor customers service and and False advertising

<p>my vehicle switched off in the middle of the raod this weekend. i had it towed to Weis Motors in Stamfordhill. just by lookign at it they claimed negligence and required R4000 to prove this. the vehicle is 18 months old and i have escalated to VW SA. An alsolute rude Earl Fransch who is dealing with the matter cannot assist and is happy to lose me as a client after my fifth purchase of a brand new VW from them. this is my first claim in five cars and i have paid for warranty for all of them. he refuses to give me anyone else further to escalate and as i loyal customr will not ever buy another VW. The dealer works together with the agent and refuses to help either yet when you purpase a vehicel they go beyond their call to service you. cant believe i have been treated so badly</p>
