poor customer service vw mccarthy arcadia

GOOD MORNING!!!!

I am very upset with the treatment i am getting from a well known brand ( McCarthy VW in arcadia) as I have bought a vehicle from them in January a vw golf 6 gti. when I first took the car from the dealer it started giving me problem with in 3 weeks from the date of purchase. apparently it is something to do with the gear box. I booked the car to be fix and spend 8 days without a car, when I came in to collect the car on the 9th day, I hardly drove 10 km with that cars as it was even worse than before. then I went back to the service centre and demand a proper service for that car and also to be given a car as I was inconvenience by such. they booked the car again and it took another 2 weeks to be fixed, i fetched the car again from vw and i drove it back home only to find that nothing has been done on that car. now wen i call the sales man who i bought the car from, he refers me to the service advisor and the service advisor apparently is on leave and m being to the menlyn service were they took my car for fixing. DO I REALLY NEED THAT AS A CUSTOMER?? I am very disappointed with this kind of treatment as for the record i have purchased 3 cars in a space of 2years in the same branch on a cash deals..
