Poor customer service from Bidvest McCarthy VW Witbank

I’m honestly so disappointed with the service from McCarthy VW in Witbank. I took my car for a service two weeks ago where it was discovered that some parts my car needed would have to be ordered and I’d have to take my car in again. Every time I call, they promise to call me back with more info. Fast forward three weeks later and my car is still not fixed and I have no idea what the hold up is... VERY DISAPPOINTED.
