Poor customer service at VW Lind Saker Edenvale

Yesterday on the 26 June my car was booked for a service at VW Lind Saker Edenvale which i arrived at 7:30AM and when i initially booked the service they asked me if i will need a drop off lift and i answered yes. On the day after dropping my Car for service i waited from 7:30AM -8:30AM and i was told no driver is available to drop me by my place which is less than 10KM. I had to request Uber for myself going back home. Additionally later on they forgot to contact me and i decided to call them around 17:00 and i was told that how about i fetch my car the following day. This dealership has no customer service and i will never visit them again in my life.
