Poor Customer Service as is their Vehicle Service

I bought a second hand VW Golf 6 GTI at Soweto VW Maponya, had the car for a month now. i took in the car a week ago on the 10/10/2016 for it had a mechanical problem that needed serious attention, this is as per the quote a R34000 problem re: my braking system. i think the sales they made to me was a strategic one as i believe that the sales guys knew that the car needed fixing before they can sell it, but did not want to carry the cost from their pocket but instead they differred the problem to me as they knew that i was goner bring the car back with my motor plan to cover the cost.... now the problem i am faced with is that Soweto VW Maponya is trying to get the guys from Motorite to carry the cost of repair and these guys are too taking their time to finalise or rather approve the claim, Motorite send through their assessor last week friday the 14/10/2016 and still they have not yet gave the final verdict of the claim to date... Consumer law states that when one purchases a car in relation to my situation, this car should be working fine within 6 months and after the 6 months should there be fault on the car mechanically the consumer then needs to fix the problem on their account. i am currently using their courtesy car right now and i am limited as i can not go out side of Gauteng and this Friday the 21/10/2016 i have to go to the FreeState. I am writing this letter hoping that my concerns are addressed and tomorrow the 20/10/2016 marks the day i make my second monthly instalment towards the car, is this fair now? can someone out there push these guys to resolve my problem as i am losing faith and patients with the Soweto VW Maponya dealership.
