Poor customer service and care

We bought a car on the 09/09/2019 a Toyota Corolla quest from Donald Phago who is a sales executive,he said the deal was a no deposit deal but they came running for the deposit, secondly we were told that we'll pay the first installment after 3 months and we are already paying for the car (what an inconvenience because we using it for business) and last but not least a tracker was fitted in the car and nobody was notified about it, apparently it is a self monitored tracker which I don't have the application for and no operator guide for. When we told them to cancel the tracker we were told that it is going to cost me R3500+ to cancel it and lastly we have documents for the entire car deal besides the tracker documents which they claim that they do not give those to their clients. We were told to go talk to Mr John Barlow who is the floor manager and he refused to help saying he can't help because he had a meeting to attend to so till today we're paying for something that we don't even know whether it is in the car or not and it sounds like it came with the car because only after we heard that the tracker company is under the same umbrella with Be and McCarthy.pleace help us resolve this issue thank you.
